By accessing or using IQRA — the Islamic education and daily utility platform operated by Nuerizo — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use IQRA. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Use of Service

• IQRA is an Islamic education and daily utility platform providing Quranic learning, prayer tools, and scholar-led courses.
• Free features are available to all registered users. Some courses and live classes may require enrollment or a subscription fee.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent) to create an account.
• You may not use IQRA for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from IQRA without prior written consent.

3 Accounts

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@nuerizo.cloud if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4 Content

• Scholar content — videos, lessons, and course materials — is provided by verified scholars who have agreed to IQRA's content guidelines.
• While we strive for accuracy, IQRA does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content on the platform. Users should seek qualified scholarly advice for personal religious matters.
• Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or transmitting content that is offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or violates any applicable law.
• To report inappropriate content, contact us at support@nuerizo.cloud.

5 Payments

• Some courses and classes on IQRA have enrollment fees. Pricing details are clearly displayed before any purchase.
• Payment processing details and available payment methods will be provided at the time of enrollment.
• All fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with a paid course, contact support@nuerizo.cloud within 7 days of purchase for a refund review. Refunds are granted at our discretion based on access history.

6 Intellectual Property

• The IQRA brand name, logo, platform design, and all platform-generated content are owned by Nuerizo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Scholar-created content (videos, lessons, course materials) belongs to the respective scholars and institutes who created it. It is licensed to IQRA for distribution on the platform.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any IQRA platform content without explicit written permission.
• The Quran text and classical Islamic texts used in the app remain in the public domain. Attribution is given where appropriate.

7 Limitation of Liability

IQRA is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent in-app notice, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of IQRA after any changes take effect constitutes your agreement to the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform.
