1. Acceptance

By accessing or using IQRA — including the web app, Android app, Scholar Studio, or any IQRA ecosystem service — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

• IQRA is an Islamic education platform providing prayer times, Quran access, live classes, and scholar tools
• Free features are available to all users; some classes may require enrolment
• You may not use IQRA for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Islamic ethics
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

4. Scholar Content

• Scholar content is provided by independently verified scholars and institutions
• IQRA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of all content
• Content must comply with Islamic principles and applicable law
• Report inappropriate content to support@nuerizo.cloud

5. Live Classes

Live class sessions use third-party video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Jitsi, or similar). By joining, you agree to the terms of those respective platforms. IQRA is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party video services.

6. Payments and Enrolment

• Some classes have enrolment fees set by the scholar or institution
• Refund policy: contact support within 7 days of purchase if the class has not commenced
• Payment processing details are provided at the time of enrolment

7. Intellectual Property

• The IQRA brand, logo, platform design, and code are owned by Nuerizo
• Scholar-provided content (lessons, videos, materials) belongs to the respective scholars
• You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without written permission

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
